How do I return the product to Fine One Jewels within 30 days?

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return from [here].
2. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
3. If the product value is less than ₹35,000, hand over the product to the pickup person.
4. If the product value is ₹35,000 or above:

• If a Fine One Jewels employee is picking it up, hand over the product directly.
• If the pickup is via 3rd party logistics, you will first receive a tamper-proof packet. Secure and seal the jewellery in it. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. We’ll arrange pickup after the packet is delivered to you.

1. Collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt/photo of tracking number/SMS confirmation).
2. Once we receive the product at our warehouse and conduct a quality check, your refund will be processed in 2–3 working days to your Fine One Jewels account.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

We offer Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on all purchases* made from Fine One Jewels within India. You may avail of this policy by presenting your purchase at our store or raising a request online.

• A ₹500 processing fee for shipping and handling applies for online requests.
• If the product is handed over at our store, the ₹500 fee is waived.
• Discounts or gifts received will be deducted from the refund or must be returned.
• For solitaire jewellery, missing certificates will incur a ₹3,500 deduction per certificate.

Lifetime Exchange:

• The final exchange value will be credited as Blue Credits to your account after quality check.
• Blue Credits are valid for 365 days and can be used for jewellery (except Coins and Solitaires).
• Blue Credits cannot be encashed.
• Lifetime Buy-Back:
• The final buy-back value will be credited as Blue Cash to your account after quality check.
• Blue Cash is valid for 365 days and can be used for any purchase or encashed.

Notes:
